Experiencing pain or stress

Do you ever wake up feeling stiff and no matter how u bend you want to holler. Nothing can stop that pain immediately.  That type of pain needs massaging. It needs to be followed up with a cup of hot tea. Then an alternative medication should be tried first. Less drugs you take better you feel in the future. It does take too long before you realize the pain has subsided.   Talk stress later.

Stress above board

We look forward toward warm weather.That can bring our thoughts in a wonderful place.  Thinking about the upcoming months will soothe our minds.  It won't b long before our thoughts are real, the sun will be warm on our bodies.  We can reflect on fulfilling days of joy.  No more shoveling,  potholes, gloomy skies, shivering and wet toes. Although, the snow when white is beautiful.  Winter activities are fun.  Therefore, enjoy it all, we always have springtime and fall. They are also beautiful seasons to look forward too....try to focus on our seasons.  Take a day at a time and then journal on your day. Enjoy your day don't be stressed.

Relief From Stress

Cold, cold, cozy

Yes it is cold but cozy. You can enjoy it. Take you time don't let the big piles of snow frustrate you. if u don't have to go out stay in and chill.  Do  things you originally don't get a chance to do.  Keep those pj 's on longer.....

Enjoy the snow!

I am suffering with some type of flu. Feeling better one minute than sick so as I try to get up so no posting until I am completely well. I am not stressed over this, I just need rest. Enjoy the snow, it will be over soon.
