Experiencing pain or stress

Do you ever wake up feeling stiff and no matter how u bend you want to holler. Nothing can stop that pain immediately.  That type of pain needs massaging. It needs to be followed up with a cup of hot tea. Then an alternative medication should be tried first. Less drugs you take better you feel in the future. It does take too long before you realize the pain has subsided.   Talk stress later.
