Your Day Stress Free

Let's switch from coffee to tea, just try it today.  Add lemon and honey of course to sleeptime.  It has a mild relaxing feeling.  It does not make you sleepy especially if you are going to be active.  It just helps you to accomplish todays' goals in a slower pace.  Not feeling so rushed enjoying your morning.  Take it easy and enjoy every little move you make.  Now this needs to be on a saturday not a day for work.  This is going to be a day when you just don't want to leave off the couch.  You will enjoy writing, reading and sipping your tea.

Stress Relief Tidbid

I can't really get into blogging because I really don't know what I am doing yet.  But I am working on it and I am enjoying all of your blogs.

There is nothing like planning your day and having fulfilled it.  If it is the weekend, you can make it partially belonging to you.  After you have done your journaling, think now what would make you happy today. During the week, you may read one of those magazines or newspapers that have all the events in your areas. As you find out about those events,  you can put these special events in your To Do List?  That is a list you can make up on your phone, "reminders for the month."

Why not pick something for this weekend.  It can be done alone or with a friend.  It all depends on what you are feeling today. You might want to take a stroll in the mall and pick out some oils or body wash that smells very nice for a later bubble bath.  Pick up some nice scented candles to go along with this preplanned bubble date that you will soon enjoy.

You might want to stay home and enjoy laying around watching some of your favorite programs.  Perhaps, catching up on your reading; magazines or a good book.  If you decide to stay home why not pull out a nice bottle of wineLet the wine chill while you are poping some popcorn or another goodie of your choice.  The main thing is to pamper yourself.  Don't think about your diet, not today.  Just relax!

I never open bills or mail that doesn't seem like emergency on the weekend.  Reason being everything is closed therefore, I can't take care of any of that business until monday.  I don't want to Stress over these bills or unwanted mail if it isn't necessary.  Ms. Ria

Live and Enjoy - your day!

This is a very rainy, drab looking day.  Within myself I feel so free, so liberated and joyful in the midst of what a day looks like.  I started looking out the window and thinking to myself, "I feel good deep inside, I have a lot to consider about myself.  Living with pain has taken a while to get use to and finally I made it.  So I am free from complaining, crying and giving in to that pain.  I am now in the Stress Relief Zone and it feels good.  What I am about to share applies to any Stress.  It starts with years of being in lots of Stress for many, many reasons.

My first suggestion is Journal, wait don't delete me.  Continue, this is just the beginning. Journal on what is making you feel so very down, depressed and gloomy.  As a matter of fact, you are giving in to the exact way it looks outside.  The description fits you well. Because you are stressful the weather contributes to your STRESS.  We are going to start off finding what is making us so into STRESS and eventually how to free ourselves from it.  You can enjoy the hazy days and the beautiful days even more.

Do you have time to jump into something real quick? Get in your car go to the store and make a few purchases. You will need a Journal and some fruit for a Smoothie later?  Your grocery list is at the bottom of this post. Purchase a journal that describes you from the outside and soon it will describe you on the inside pages. When I say describes you, I mean the cover. Do you need soft cover, leather calf feel, or just a spiral notebook. Back home in your, make it comfortable. What you need to do is talk as you are writing about yourself.  Talk about how long you have been feeling so stressed and where the stress is coming from.  When you start writing, write until you want to stop and you begin feeling relieved. Some people feel they just don't like writing.  This may be something you have to get use to so you can pour out the negative feelings that cause Stress.

Even if you don't write when you first open your journal, think about what has you feeling gloomy. It isn't the weather unless you are suffering from a Seasonal Depression Disorder. If you write or think about it on the first day, your are relieved a little, right?  I told you so. Now, treat yourself because you may feel a little better. Let's drink a smoothie, you owe yourself one, a delicious drink.

Grocery List:  Banana, few berries, honey, vanilla bean yogurt or any fruit you like and blend it.  Sip and enjoy!

This is actually my first blog.  My intentions are to see if I like it or not.  Why is everyone so thrilled about blogging.  Is this a overkill or a real thrill.  Well, I am testing the waters.  First, I want to do a little intro.  I am a psychotherapist and that has been a real interesting career for me.  I am still involved in my career but not whole soul, mind and body. I am trying to see if there is another phrase of my career that I may want to venture off into.  Like writing for example, I have always loved writing but I don't know if I am really good at writing.  I think I will try and publish a few post and let you tell me if I am good.  Ms.Ria
