Live and Enjoy - your day!

This is a very rainy, drab looking day.  Within myself I feel so free, so liberated and joyful in the midst of what a day looks like.  I started looking out the window and thinking to myself, "I feel good deep inside, I have a lot to consider about myself.  Living with pain has taken a while to get use to and finally I made it.  So I am free from complaining, crying and giving in to that pain.  I am now in the Stress Relief Zone and it feels good.  What I am about to share applies to any Stress.  It starts with years of being in lots of Stress for many, many reasons.

My first suggestion is Journal, wait don't delete me.  Continue, this is just the beginning. Journal on what is making you feel so very down, depressed and gloomy.  As a matter of fact, you are giving in to the exact way it looks outside.  The description fits you well. Because you are stressful the weather contributes to your STRESS.  We are going to start off finding what is making us so into STRESS and eventually how to free ourselves from it.  You can enjoy the hazy days and the beautiful days even more.

Do you have time to jump into something real quick? Get in your car go to the store and make a few purchases. You will need a Journal and some fruit for a Smoothie later?  Your grocery list is at the bottom of this post. Purchase a journal that describes you from the outside and soon it will describe you on the inside pages. When I say describes you, I mean the cover. Do you need soft cover, leather calf feel, or just a spiral notebook. Back home in your, make it comfortable. What you need to do is talk as you are writing about yourself.  Talk about how long you have been feeling so stressed and where the stress is coming from.  When you start writing, write until you want to stop and you begin feeling relieved. Some people feel they just don't like writing.  This may be something you have to get use to so you can pour out the negative feelings that cause Stress.

Even if you don't write when you first open your journal, think about what has you feeling gloomy. It isn't the weather unless you are suffering from a Seasonal Depression Disorder. If you write or think about it on the first day, your are relieved a little, right?  I told you so. Now, treat yourself because you may feel a little better. Let's drink a smoothie, you owe yourself one, a delicious drink.

Grocery List:  Banana, few berries, honey, vanilla bean yogurt or any fruit you like and blend it.  Sip and enjoy!
